2025-2026 Registration for Enrollment

Haynes Preschool 

We are proud to offer a program for 3, 4 and 5 year olds that nurtures the individual child while integrating each child into a school/social setting. Registration begins for the fall session in February, with priority given to our current families. Registration fee is $75 per family.

 2 Day, 3 Year Old Class:
Meets Monday & Tuesday from 9:15-11:15am – $125/mo.

 3 Day, 3 Year Old Class:
Meets Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from 9:15-11:15am – $165/mo.

Pre-Kindergarten Extended Day with lunch (1)

Meets Tuesday – Friday from 9am-1pm – $275/mo.
* Lunch brought from home

  Pre-Kindergarten Extended Day with lunch (2)
Meets Tuesday through Friday from 9-1pm – $275/mo.
* Lunch brought from home 

To hold a spot for your child, please register by filling out the registration form and returning it to Haynes Preschool, 1375 West Clifton Blvd. Lakewood, OH 44107 or by dropping in the school mailbox in the church office.

**Please note that classes are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
A minimum of 12 students per class are required for the class to be held.
